Affiliate Program Agreement
IronBelle Consulting, LLC — terms governing participation in the affiliate program.
Independent affiliate
Affiliates participating in the IronBelle Consulting, LLC referral program are independent and are not employees, legal representatives, or safety consultants acting for IronBelle. Participation does not authorize you to bind IronBelle to contracts or promises.
Commission and qualifying payments
New affiliate accounts have a default commission rate of 10%; an existing account may have a different assigned rate. The assigned account rate applies to qualifying tracked subscription payments. Commission is based on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and excluding tax, not the advertised price. Free trials, unpaid invoices, and untracked referrals do not earn commission. The dashboard shows tracked earnings; contact IronBelle about discrepancies.
Payouts
Commission is recorded after a qualifying payment succeeds. Payouts require IronBelle processing and an eligible, completed Stripe connected-account setup. Recorded earnings are not confirmation that funds have reached your bank. No fixed payout date is promised here. Contact IronBelle about payout timing or payment disputes. Any separate written payout arrangement must be agreed with IronBelle.
Marketing and referral disclosures
Use approved, accurate IronBelle marketing language. Clearly disclose your financial relationship close to each recommendation or affiliate link, for example: I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link. Do not hide disclosures in a profile or behind an unrelated link. Do not promise guaranteed OSHA compliance, prevention of injuries or citations, or services that IronBelle does not provide.
No authority and permitted conduct
Affiliates may not provide safety services or compliance advice on behalf of IronBelle, negotiate contracts, represent IronBelle as legal staff, impersonate customers, or submit unauthorized personal information. Follow applicable advertising and communication laws and obtain required permission for outreach.
Termination and questions
IronBelle may remove affiliates for misconduct or misrepresentation. Contact IronBelle about outstanding earnings, disputed payments, or account changes; do not assume removal means a payout has been processed. Questions about referrals, refunds affecting commissions, chargebacks, or payout arrangements should be sent to IronBelle.ceo@gmail.com.
