Compliance support, not certification
IronBelle helps organize safety work, prepare drafts, and track recorded implementation. Software, generated documents, task completion, and dashboard scores do not establish OSHA compliance or guarantee safe conditions. IronBelle is not OSHA and does not provide OSHA certification, legal advice, or OSHA defense representation.
No onsite verification
IronBelle does not inspect or verify physical site conditions. Drafts and suggestions depend on information provided and the feature being used. Your team must assess actual conditions, confirm applicable federal and state-plan requirements, and implement effective safety controls.
AI review and training
AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omit hazards, or use outdated information. A qualified reviewer must verify applicability, job steps, hazards, controls, and regulatory references before field use. Training materials and completion records alone do not prove that required instruction, practical evaluation, competency, or certification has occurred.
Live JSAs and versioned signatures
Saved edits to an active JSA do not automatically remove its active status or require new approval. Signatures remain associated with the version signed; they do not show review of later edits. Supervisors must communicate changes and follow any acknowledgment or approval requirements imposed by their organization, site, or applicable law.
Sketches, photos, and emergency conditions
Sketches and photo markups are illustrative and may not reflect scale, current conditions, or every hazard. They are not engineered drawings or rescue plans verified for field use. IronBelle is not an emergency service. Stop unsafe work and follow site emergency procedures; contact emergency services when needed.
Inspection records and agency deadlines
Inspection support organizes records your company has saved. It does not provide legal representation, choose a response strategy, or guarantee an inspection result. Your team must verify deadlines in the agency notice and applicable jurisdiction. Tracker dates are manually entered and do not provide automatic reminders. An export can contain draft, incomplete, or sensitive records; review its warnings and relevance before disclosure. A request marked Provided reflects a user-entered status, not proof of agency receipt. Saved packages preserve captured contents, not evidence that all required records exist.
Responsibility and legal rights
The employer and responsible personnel retain their workplace safety and recordkeeping duties. IronBelle does not guarantee freedom from incidents or citations. This disclaimer does not eliminate liability or waive rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for service and data-handling information.
Chemicals & Safety Data Sheets
Inventory entries, missing-sheet flags, and uploaded SDS PDFs do not verify a product, its formulation, its hazards, or compliance with Hazard Communication requirements. Match the manufacturer SDS to the exact product used and maintain required labels, inventory, training, and a written program. Ensure employees can immediately access required SDS information during each shift, including when internet, login, or the service is unavailable. Arrange a reliable alternative where needed. IronBelle does not create manufacturer SDSs or automatically verify their latest revision.
Photo-assisted hazard review
AI photo review identifies possible visible concerns and questions; it can miss hazards or identify concerns incorrectly. A photo cannot establish atmospheric conditions, exposure levels, hidden hazards, equipment integrity, or a safe work area. No findings does not mean no hazards. Use qualified onsite assessment, appropriate testing and monitoring, and required controls. Never enter danger to obtain a photo.
Offline field drafts
Offline mode is limited to prepared JSA device drafts. AI, maps, company saving, approvals, and signatures require a connection. A device copy is not an approved or synchronized company record and may be outdated, lost, or inconsistent with newer changes. Reconnect, review conflicts and actual conditions, then save and complete required approvals and acknowledgments. This feature does not provide offline SDS access.
Custom workspaces and AI workflow settings
Department dropdowns and tool shortcuts organize access to existing shared company tools. Selecting a department does not filter company records by that department or establish separate record access. Layout choices do not grant roles, change required safety duties, or save JSA permission changes. JSA responsibilities require their separate review, confirmation, and save. AI suggestions and role previews do not replace qualified supervision, required approvals, or signatures.
QR signatures, copies, and converted forms
Guest signer names are self-reported; possession of a QR link is not identity verification. Organizations must verify signer identity, authority, review, and applicable electronic-record and retention requirements. A signature acknowledges its recorded version, not that work is safe, training occurred, or later edits were reviewed. Protect shared links and copies. Check converted fields and extracted content against the original paperwork before using, signing, or exporting a form.
AI support and narrated demos
AI support and narration may be incorrect or incomplete. Support conversations may be reviewed by authorized IronBelle administrators. Chat is not legal advice, emergency dispatch, continuous site monitoring, or a guarantee of immediate human response. A resolved ticket does not establish that a workplace hazard was corrected. Demonstrations use example workflows and do not certify a customer operation.
